Rising 476 feet above the New York Skyline with 500+ hotel rooms, the newly constructed 41 story Virgin Hotel was approached by an integrator offering to install a Neutral Host DAS System. Not sure if this was the right solution to install, the developer reached out to Envision Signal Testing to perform a comprehensive analysis of Carrier signals within the building.

Upon testing, Envision was able to determine that the above grade floors had adequate cellular signal strength for calls to be able to go through and that the only challenges the hotel would face would be in the three Cellar levels that are below grade. At a savings of well over $1 million, VAST Signal Booster Solutions recommended and designed a solution for those levels using the Cel-Fi by Nextivity QUATRA 4000 Active DAS Hybrid solution.
